Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, all pre-existing intellectual property remains the property of its respective owner. Work product created specifically for a client engagement will be addressed in the individual engagement agreement.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the individual engagement agreement. Termination provisions, including notice periods and final payment obligations, will be clearly defined in all contracts.
These Terms of Service and all engagement agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
